Communication

Communication by email will be deemed as being as valid as communication in writing.

Acceptance of Quotation

Payment of deposit is deemed as acceptance of Quotation.

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the quoted or expected price will be required before work commences.

Delivery of Service

Accent Web Design will endeavour to complete the capture and production of the Virtual Tour in a timely manner.

Travel Costs

Travel to a single site within Brisbane City, Pine Rivers Shire and Redcliffe City is included. Travelling to sites outside these nominated areas may incur further travel and accommodation costs. If your site is outside the nominated areas, please indicate this before payment of deposit such that Accent Web Design can provide you with a quotation for any excess travel and/or accommodation costs, if any.

Access to Site

Accent Web Design needs to be provided reasonable legal access to the site, and reasonable time to perform the photography. Site visits are normally preferred to be between 9AM and 5PM, Monday to Friday. Site visits outside these times are possible if a mutually acceptable time can be arrived at. Accent Web Design will exercise all due care when on site but accepts no responsibility for any accidental damage or injury.

Shooting conditions

Accent Web Design will endeavour to capture images in the best possible lighting conditions within the constraints of access provided to the site. Should access be limited to a particular time, and you are not satisfied with the result, Accent Web Design can not be expected to re-capture images without the aditional costs associated with additional site visit/s being added to the quoted price.

Equipment

Accent Web Design does not provide props or equipment such as furniture. We can only capture images of what is visible at the site at the time of the site visit.

Additional panoramas and images

Prices listed for additional panoramas and images are based on capturing same during the intial site visit. Prices listed for additional panoramas and images are based on capture during the initial site visit.

Delivery

Upon completion, you will be provided a URL (Internet Address) to allow you to link to the Virtual Tour from another website, or publish in advertising. Supply of this URL is deemed to be delivery of the completed Virtual Tour. An invoice for the balance of the quoted price will be issued at that point in time. Accent Web Design will provide the hosting for the Virtual Tour.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made Electronic Funds Transfer, Direct Deposit, cheque or cash. Accent Web Design cannot accept payments by Credit Card.

Failure to Pay Invoice

Failure to pay the invoice by the due date may result in the Virtual Tour being disabled until payment is made. No compensation will be made for any period of time that the Virtual Tour is disabled.

Expiry

Any Virtual Tour hosted by Accent Web Design will be hosted for a maximum period of six (6) months from date of delivery of the completed Virtual Tour. Extension of this period can be negotiated with Accent Web Design.

Cancellation of Order

The deposit will be refunded less reasonable costs for work completed up to the time of cancellation. In the event of cancellation before more than $50 worth of work has been performed, $50 will be retained by Accent Web Design for administration costs.

Copyright

Upon full payment for your Virtual Tour Accent Web Design will issue a license for you to link to the Virtual Tour produced for you. Accent Web Design retains the Copyright to all images and code which make up the Virtual Tour. Copies shall not be made in any form of the completed Virtual Tour without express permission from Accent Web Design. Purchase of permanent rights to the images is available from Accent Web Design for a further fee of 75% of the price of the Virtual Tour. In this case, a copy of the Virtual Tour will be provided by Accent Web Design via CD media and posted via Australia Post Registered Mail to the address you nominate.
